Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, the query is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Cass County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receives the information needed to process the request and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Emails and Messages
If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the message and the contact details it contains long enough to review and answer it. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court order, or another valid legal demand.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our systems may receive basic technical details each time a page loads. These records help deliver pages, measure site use, and diagnose errors. They may include:
